We are looking for a AWS Systems Development Manager to lead a team that will operate AWS Management Console services in isolated regions and support government customers operating in those regions. - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
- Robust understanding of support processes (SLA), handling tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics.
- 24x7 operational experience in large-scale cloud environments
- Experience hiring, mentoring, developing, and managing highly-successful and efficient tier-1 support teams.
- 3+ years of experience managing software, systems, or DevOps engineering teams in an operational environment

- 3+ years of networking experience
- 3+ years of experience with support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments.
- Experience with Agile engineering practices (Kanban, continuous delivery, etc)
