Responsibilities :
- Leading Infra Mech team at discipline level
- Sales – Domestic/GID sales/BD support/ Bid proposals, LoE estimation
- Liaising with various lead regions across the regions for global business development, workflow coordination & project delivery
- Ensuring quality and timely project delivery
- Effective Project/ Design management with QA/QC capabilities, Client facing for internal as well as external Client at discipline level OR project level
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Extensive experience driving a culture of inclusive, high-performing integrated teams.

Here's what you'll need
Qualification
- Position - Team leader for the Infra Mechanical discipline within MEP India
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in mechanical engineering OR Equivalent degree with relevant experience
- Minimum of 15 years of overall experience & having excellent discipline level knowledge of Water sector
- Excellent communication skills across countries and cultures
- Experience with working in diverse environment and multiple stakeholders
- Location: Flexible - Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
