Job Summary:

In this role, you will co-ordinate and monitor sales orders and revenue from the point of sales order confirmation until their shipment. You will review and confirm sales orders after verifying production capacity and material availability. Additionally, you will establish and maintain clear communication lines between the supply chain team, operations, West Global SC teams, and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assessment of pending orders
  • Orders confirmation
  • Lead and Follow-up the batch release coordination, open orders and OTIF
  • Report and coordinate a weekly review of Revenue expected results / risks and opportunities at site level and to Global SC teams
  • Coordinate activities within cross functional team through planning meetings and communication to ensure all team members are aligned
  • SPOC for all SC topics linked to customers and sales orders at site level but as well for Global West Teams (Customer Success teams, Commercial teams and Supply Chain teams)
  • Coordinate FG stock management and Inventory turn by piloting and communicating the shipments to be executed
  • Preparing and attending SIOE and PSOM meetings with West Global SC teams
  • Provide administrative support for Supply Chain team as required.
  • Meet customer service needs
  • Identify any potential risk that could impact the customer orders
  • Maintain, analyse and publish KPI's relevant to business unit & department as appropriate.
  • Support all continuous improvement activities
  • Act in accordance with the company’s Guiding Principles and adherence to the corporate Code of Conduct.
  • Compliance to all local site Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.
  • Compliance to all local site company policies, procedures and corporate policies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or business-related discipline
  • 1-2 years in a Supply Chain or Production Operations function

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ideal candidates would typically have 1-2 years prior work experience in the Bio Pharmaceutical /Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industries.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements would be an advantage
  • Experience of ERP system eg SAP or MES is preferable
  • Excellent planning & analytical skills are required.
  • Demonstrated experiences of problem solving and process improvements
  • Competent working knowledge of Microsoft application’s specifically, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Self-motivated, results- and solution-oriented personality
  • Strong competence in IT.
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
  • Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
  • Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.
