Key job responsibilities5.. Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve campaign targeting and measurement.7. Provide ad-hoc and automated access to large data sets.9. Own the analytics for one or more product areas, lead planning, execution and delivery of projects for that area(s), manage stakeholders and internal customer/client needs/requests2. We identify and capitalize on opportunities for privacy and security improvements, cost reduction, and greater organizational efficiency4. We surface key performance indicators for product and process improvements spanning across various pharmacy departments.

- Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience using Cloud Storage and Computing technologies such as AWS Redshift, S3, Hadoop, etc.
- Completed Bachelor's degree

- Master's degree in statistics, data science, or an equivalent quantitative field
- Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
- Experience with statistical analytics and programming languages such as R, Python, Ruby, etc.
