Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 4 years of experience must include: Venture capital investing in the fields of commerce and enterprise software; Engagement with business executives such as in a corporate venture capital setting; Financial analysis and modeling; Due diligence processes; Deal structuring and negotiations; Portfolio monitoring; and Risk assessment and management. 2 years of experience must include: venture capital investing in fintech.
