As a Contract Processing Specialist, you are responsible for timely, accurate, and compliant execution of Service Agreement activities including Loading, Audit, Activation, modification/updates, invoicing resolutions, and other activities as required. The Contract Processing Specialist ensures the Service Agreement order has been submitted accurately by verifying documents, is entered accurately, and ensures accurate customer invoicing. This position has critical interactions with the sales/service delivery teams and end-user customers to ensure customer/business requirements.Essential Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the Agreement in Siebel ensuring it is defect free prior to loading and activation; this includes billing addresses, coverage dates, entitlements, billing rates, invoicing attributes, etc.

  • Load and Activate agreements ensuring accurate Agreements, Assets, and Entitlements to initiate GEHC Service coverage.

  • Communicate clear instructions to SSOS/Field teams to resolve Agreement entry errors.

  • Process Invoicing activities: credits, rebills, backbills, invoicing resolutions.

  • Manage backlog whether using First In First Out (FIFO) methods or regional model to ensure efficient and timely processing.

  • Assist other team members during times of need.

  • Engage cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer service agreement issues.

  • Support and adopt new processes, business decisions, special projects, etc.

  • Process accurate and timely Warranty Adjustments, POS updates, Quick Deletes, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years order management or customer service experience.

  • Excellent focus and attention to detail due to contractual nature and accuracy requirements of business

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy

  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification

  • Time Management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak periods

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. isrequired. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.


Desired Characteristics
  • Siebel 7.8/8.1 knowledge or experience

  • Knowledge of GEHC commercial operations processes and systems

  • Local candidates preferred who will potentially work in office environment in Pewaukee, WI (HCI) as needed
