The Assoc Ops Sup Analyst is an entry level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Assoc Ops Sup Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.Responsibilities:

  • Part of a dual control team which performs, Intake and Outbound Processes such as Client Requests, Escheatment, Destruction and Auction.
  • Run and analyze reports such as vault inventory reports to identify boxes in NY with drill dates ten years or prior for potential auction of contents.
  • Manage Auction Process to Identify, Catalog, and Reconcile sale of Customer Property while adhering to State mandated regulations.
  • Research and interpret standard information and identify inconsistencies in data or results
  • Assist in training team members on drill processes as well as provide testing assistance for production validation
  • Prepare basic presentations for management and audit
  • Support trouble ticket resolution
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Basic Banking and Services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience


This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

  • Work closely within Safebox Vault Operations team to keep process in compliance with state reporting deadlines.
  • Participate in branch closing/relocation project calls presenting progress, creating reports, conducting training, fielding questions, and working with Legal to provide responses.
  • Issues concerning the Safebox Accounting and Radio Frequency Identification systems, and safe deposit administration must be escalated immediately to management
  • Maintain professionalism and tact when interacting with internal and external customers. Always willing to go above and beyond to support our branches and act with urgency when providing client support.
