What you’ll do
Working with a global team and global clients, the role involves:
Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, multiple countries, region, or business requiring coordination and integration across units as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting job family or function within a region or business
Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace, and coordinate and implement team procedures, client problem resolutions and client management
Work across Services to develop the plan and the overall model of the future breaking silos and current constructs to achieve optimal results energizing the stakeholders of the target model
Help drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances to develop products, manage vendor relationships, and prepare agreements
Championing continuous improvement through a Product Innovation & Governance committee - driving adoption of industry best practices, and training to ensure that the Services business is a leader in the industry for modern and digital processes.
Leverage a strong understanding of the business strategy, key stakeholders and business capability and create solution roadmaps across various business portfolios that breaks down silos to provide a best in class product experience.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master’s degree preferred
Relevant experience managing across multi-function and/or global business
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills
