Perform research and analysis related to topics such as capital and balance sheet from historical financial data and projections, including peers, to support decision-making
Collaborate within the team and with cross-functional teams to prepare materials for senior governance committees and/or Board;
Assist with the production of presentation materials and or updates of policy documents from the Capital Policy and Management team to clearly communicate capital policy and capital resources capacities proposals, among others;
Help with managing governance requirements for the Citigroup Capital Committee (EMT committee) and associated governance forums’ and ensure compliance with firmwide Standards;
Coordinate the quarterly control assessment process and associated approvals with Capital Management owners;
Coordinate and liaise with businesses and functions to educate and garner support for project initiatives; and
Contribute and support other cross-group projects and initiatives.
Identifies and resolves problems using autonomous judgment.
Implements work flow or process change and redesign, and uses a thorough comprehensive knowledge of the specific function.
Qualifications:
0-2+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree, in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of principles of finance
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
