Responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include:
Design, develop and implement enhancements, customizations and break/fix to Workday Human Capital Management system for Workday
- Create technical designs from business requirements and engineer and develop technical solutions based on those designs.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation for all changes made to the system.
- Prepare test plans & test scripts.
- Manage configuration and regression testing for Workday releases.
- Actively participate in Workday Community (including User Groups) to identify any problems/solutions with current configurations.
Education*
- Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience Range*
Foundational skills*
- Expert on workday Configurations
- Good knowledge on Integration using Workday Studio
- Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOF, Custom Reports, calculated fields, XSLTs etc.
- Domain knowledge on Payroll, Time Off/Absence, Time, Recruiting
- Hands on experience on web technologies such as XML, XSLT and Web Services .
- Create Sub-Assemblies using Workday Studio .
- Having knowledge on Integration Security, ERP, HCM domains
Desired skills*
- Create Custom Reports and Calculated Fields .
- Experience working in an Agile environment; Experience with JIRA
- Experience working on large-scale projects
