Collect requirements and ensure project plans are well defined, clearly documented, and agreed to by our customers and stakeholders.
Act as a focal point for the customers by Driving projects towards completion and taking an active role in ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
Manage highly technical, complex and long projects through all phases of the project lifecycle for two or more scrum teams.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Raise risks, blockers, and competing priorities to relevant parties in a timely and organized manner.
Building project plan, execution of plan and ongoing monitoring and status
Budget tracking and coordination of project deliverables
Coordinate the cross-functional work required with multiple partners, vendors and companies involved in the project planning and delivery.
Understand the overall AWS services product to give insights and guidance around requirements for new initiatives and features.
Manage Jira to properly reflect the state of the team and project.
Requirements
B.Sc / B.A in the field of computer science or engineering or similar
4-5 years as a project manager including managing risks and issues, build and maintain projects plan and monitoring budgets and timelines
Proven track record in managing technical projects at cloud environments for a minimum of 3 years, including planning, execution, and retrospective, serving as a centralized point for project knowledge.
Sufficient background in IT( i.e. networking, cloud computing, programming)
Experience with cloud providers (e.g. AWS, GCP)
Strong leadership skills, self-driven, customer facing experience, well organized
Expertise in project management tools and methods
Proficiency in utilizing Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation purposes.
Multi-tasking skills - ability to work on a few projects in parallel
Strong communication and great interpersonal skills
High level of English
