What you'll do

· Design lifecycle management operation automation and architecture concepts, tools, and processes

· Drive issue resolution together with the teams and utilize the expert network

· Drive technology discussions and innovations. Be the escalation point for technical issues

· Analyse technical requirements and organize / co-ordinate experts from Enterprise Cloud Services and development and drive these topics to resolution

· Optimize and stabilize the standardization and automation behind customer service requests and procedures in a proactive way leveraging analytical tools and capabilities

What you'll bring

· Minimum 14 years of experience on deep Network topics VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPN, IPv4/IPv6, and network topologies (LAN/WAN)

· Strong understanding of various Hyperscalers incl. IBM Cloud, MS Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware and their cloud native capabilities and architecture understanding will be a add on

· Understanding of Network Architectures and have experience in implementing Network Design.

· Strong knowledge on concepts of VPC, NACL, Security groups, Load Balancers, Firewall, Route table and Subnets.

· Disaster Recovery Implementation Experience

· Proficiency in automating and optimizing processes

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Prior experience in infrastructure operations and automation. Knowledge as technical/basis consultant or technical project manager is beneficial

· Strong Operating system knowledge to support Linux, Windows/ IBM power environments.

· Experience in script programming, automation tools and markup language (e.g. Shell, Perl, Python, Ansible, YAML etc.), preferable Ansible

· Understanding of JIRA tool and reporting is beneficial

· Ability to inspire, develop team members, exhibit skills in leading teams through change, including adopting new technologies or processes.

· Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across development and operations teams
