Key job responsibilities
- Develop novel algorithms and modeling techniques to advance the state of the art with LLMs- Build novel online & offline evaluation metrics and methodologies.
- Develop an understanding and domain knowledge of operational processes, system architecture and functions, and business requirements.
- Drive scalable and hands-off-the-wheel solutions.- Partner with engineers to integrate prototypes into production systems.
-Quickly experiment and setup experimentation framework for agile model and data analysis or A/B testing.
- Set high standards of coding and integrate successful models and algorithms in production systems.

- 5+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- 5+ years of industry or academic research experience

- Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
- Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
- Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
- Strong technical skills and experience in Forecasting, Deep Learning, and Time series modeling or/and Causal Inference
