6 plus years hands on configuration experience in SAP CRM on Prem/ SAP C4C/SAP Service or Sales cloud Modules. SAP Service and FSM modules experience is a plus
Two full cycle Implementations and configuration of SAP CX modules
B2B Integration experience between SAP and 3rd party Applications
SAP certification in SAP Service cloud, FSM and SAP S4
Working knowledge of SAP CRM, Middleware interaction between SAP SD/CRM is a plus.
Cross functional knowledge and interaction points between CRM and ECC SD modules.
Strong experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Facilitate conversations to assess requirements define scope and recommend best practices for SAP CX Conduct workshops and design sessions to help clients fully utilize the functionality of their SAP CX products.
Documents all BKMs, and provides support as needed. Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents and conducting UAT. Excellent communications required - high level English language communication skill, oral and written at peer and to senior level management.
Demonstrated accomplishments under challenging situations and constraints.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience. OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 6 years of experience.
