Job Description:

As a Functional Validation Engineer Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge semiconductor products.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Validation Support:Collaborate with validation engineers to ensure correct functionality of Xeon SoC design features.

  • Test Development: Develop test content for Pre-Si and Post-Si tests and contribute to test strategy definition.

  • Debug and Issue Resolution: Debug SoC HW and SW issues, pairing with experienced engineers to resolve problems efficiently.

  • Progress Updates:Communicate validation activity progress and status to technical leads and managers.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or master's program in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on engineering.

  • 1+ years of combined experience in the following technical Skills:

    • Familiar with computer architecture and micro-controller architecture.

    • Programming skills in C/C++, Python, or similar languages.

    • Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS architecture and kernel programming concepts.

    • Understanding of digital electronics principles.

  • High Intermediate to advanced English level.

  • Willing to work 40 hours per week.

Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
