Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in sales, vendor sales management, or partner management in a sales or service environment.
Ability to communicate in Chinese and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Export industry experience.
Experience with quality assurance processes, including conducting audits, facilitating calibration sessions, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Google Ads campaign building and optimization, especially for Builders, Upper Mass Market, and Scaled Onboarding roles.
Familiar with digital advertising, Google Ads, and vendor agreement terms.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Excellent coaching, partnership development, and leadership skills.
