We are seeking an experiencedwith strong expertise in people analytics to join our data Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, engaging with senior leaders, and applying your technical expertise to enhance our data analytics processes, delivery, and support broader people analytics initiatives. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic decisions and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This role may have people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Track and maintain headcount details across multiple leadership teams and business units.
Deliver regular and ad hoc updates on workforce data to various stakeholders, including technical teams and management.
Develop and manage reports tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences across technical and operational domains.
Lead efforts during organizational transitions, including designing and implementing department structures, coordinating system updates with relevant teams, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and creating/updating reports to reflect structural changes.
Develop centralized dashboards to enhance visibility into space utilization and workforce details.
Upskill in reporting and visualization tools to improve data analysis and presentation capabilities.
Track and analyze workforce changes, providing actionable insights for leadership planning and decision-making.
Reconcile workforce data post-transitions, ensuring alignment with targets and organizational records.
Act as a primary contact for headcount-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Continuously refine reporting processes to align with organizational updates and changes
Create end-user facing BI and analytics products (specifically Tableau dashboards)
Understand and implement best practices / standards for all reporting and analytics delivery
Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective and sustainable solutions
Act as an expert to advise consulting teams on the application and design of data visualization and dashboarding solutions
Design and/or implement tools for data visualization and reporting solutions to support data analysis, including calculation of metrics, and detection of trends
Develop and deploy visualizations & dashboards, etc., following modern data visualization methods and using Tableau.
Explore, model, mine, and experiment with data to answer critical business issues
Work in a collaborative manner with clients and team members to understand business needs and translate these in metrics and data needs, while collaborating iteratively on data visualization
Keep abreast of new and current data visualization trends and technologies
Provide guidance and support on BI and reporting strategies for different audiences and use cases
Proactively identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues, including data quality issues, unsustainable processes, and impact of business process changes to the analytics environment
Analysis, design, development and deployment of dashboards and reports
Translate business needs into compelling visualizations of KPI trends through iterative design sessions and wireframing
Collaborate closely with and influence business leaders to assess opportunities and technical solutions for the enterprise
Develop reusable templates for solving common data visualization needs
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in performance analytics, Data/people analytics, Program/Project management, operations, or a similar role.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or with advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate's degree.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
