Responsibility for oversight of data management within the client reporting function
Monitor the performance of the offshore teams using daily and monthly Management Information, attend regular governance meetings with offshore partners to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement
Evaluate risks and controls, developing robust procedures to ensure a strong governance framework for all clients
Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the client reporting function, ensuring the full utilisation of available technology to drive efficiencies with a view to enhancing service delivery and client delivery
Diligently support client change implementation including planning and cost for delivery
Support strategic initiatives aimed at transforming and improving client reporting operations, working with regional partners to ensure a unified approach
Requirements:
4+ years of experience with a thorough knowledge of Client or Performance reporting requirements and a sound understanding of ESG reporting requirements
Previous experience of managing client reporting teams is essential, and collaborating with global teams / partners
Experience of developing and delivering on Client Reporting initiatives and driving efficiency
Experience of the Vermilion platforms is preferential
