As Manager of Carrier Technology, you’ll own the end-to-end experience for Carrier programs - from Activation to Financing to Promotions - across global markets.
7+ years experience in product marketing, product management, or engineering with a consumer products, retail, or technology organization
5+ years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and retain high performing, diverse teams
2+ years of direct experience working with or for telecom carriers partners, with a strong foundational knowledge of carrier solutions (activation, financing, promotions)
Expertise leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple systems and platforms
Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to drive clarity and alignment across all levels
Experience creating and managing product roadmaps supporting operational and business goals
Skilled in developing requirements for engineering and design teams, and guiding solution delivery through every phase
A deep commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and fostering a culture where everyone can do their best work
Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally
