At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Deep knowledge of Jira / Jira Service Desk functions, including Data Center
Skills in writing JQL queries
Ability to create custom dashboards in Jira
Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Ability to create accurate technical assignments
Fluency in Ukrainian
English language skills at the intermediate level or higher
Hands-on experience with Groovy
Experience working with Jira Assets
Experience in Jira installation, migration, and plugin setup
