As the Business Leader of APJ GSIs you will set an innovative sales strategy, deliver results through the development of joint industry IP, identify and close large-scale IT Outsourcing renewals, and develop a high performing team of industry leaders in their own right. You will hire, lead, and develop a global team, own operational execution of attainment against global targets, and create/manage/maintain executive relationships across the business.By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these strategic partners, you will be responsible for driving pipeline, new revenue growth, increased market adoption and the expansion of the partner’s largest global AWS opportunities. You will be expected to not only create and conceptualize tech programs, but also manage the roll-out through your partners. To be successful, you will possess or demonstrate the ability to build the right level of executive relationships across not just partners, but players within the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesSingapore, SGP
- 15+ years of sales, business development, partner development, or alliances management experience
- 10+ years of experience with GSIs and/or large enterprise sales and complex agreements
- 10+ years of experience as a leader of leaders, supporting globally distributed teams.
- Proven success building a high performing global organizations spanning multiple GSIs
- Experience operating businesses from 100s of millions, to billions of dollars in revenue (USD)
- Experience developing complex solutions with C-suite customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree or 15+ years equivalent relevant experience
