Support global communications for Honeywell’s Research, Development and Engineering (RD&E) organization, as well as regional-specific communications in Europe.
Develop and execute comprehensive internal communications strategies that inform, engage, and align with Honeywell’s behaviors, vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
Opportunity to develop and lead global communications initiatives that foster a positive internal culture and employee engagement through effective communication campaigns.
Manage the creation and dissemination of internal announcements, newsletters, and executive communications, as well as the coordination and execution of townhall meeting and other events.
Collaborate closely with broader communications team to support external storytelling for RDE organization. · Direct engagement with senior leadership and HR to ensure consistent messaging across all communications channels.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives on communication issues and opportunities.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of communications strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Well-developed storytelling skills and grammatical writing skills, with ability to quickly develop clear, concise messages.
Minimum of 6+ years of communications or public relations experience developing, implementing, and measuring communications plans and programs.
