Responsibilities

  • Works with internal teams to obtain thorough understanding of our treasury management products
  • Leads training sessions for customers and sales staff
  • Designs and conducts training needs assessments
  • Designs and creates easy-to-understand training materials including online courses, instructional videos, user guides, and manuals
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of existing training content and makes improvements or designs replacements
  • Ensures training materials comply with all relevant corporate policies
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Thorough knowledge of instructional design concepts and principles
  • Strong writing skills and clear training delivery
  • Ability to assess customer needs and adjust training presentations accordingly
  • Research and interviewing skills to gather data from multiple sources (product managers, salespeople, customers, and reference documents)
  • Familiarity with e-learning and video software
  • proficiency in screen capture and graphics modification
  • Experience with delivering training through virtual training & webinars
  • Previous treasury management experience
  • Working knowledge of IT project management, Agile workflows and processes, and emerging banking technologies
  • Creativity and self-motivation!

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00 - $105,490.00
