- 5+ years of working experience with container technologies
- 5+ years of technical leadership and mentorship experience
- Expert-level knowledge of front-end, back-end, APIs, and Datastore technologies
- Strong expertise in modern cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Boundaryless strategical thinker capable of driving high-visibility outcomes across the entire company
- Proven experience in gathering and converting internal customer requirements into working solutions for large enterprises
- Strong leadership experience: leading meetings, presenting, technical go-to person, and cross-functional leader
- Excellent communication skills: demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise with Java, Golang, or Python
- Expertise with the entire Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC )
- Expertise with unit testing and Test-Driven Development ( TDD )
- Business Acumen, strategic thinking and strategy development
