In this internship, you will…
- Market Research: Conduct research on potential suppliers, market trends, and pricing to support purchasing decisions.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Update procurement databases and prepare basic reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of procurement tasks and timely delivery of materials or services.
In this internship, you’ll need …
Typically:
- Advanced college student or recent graduated of Business Administration, Customs, International Relations, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages (B2+ or above).
- Knowledge with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Schedule availability to allocate +24 hours a week. (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 AM to 3:30PM).
