What You'll Do:

  • Customer Analytics Hub product strategy, to increase the quality and ease of access for internal consumers of customer analytics and insights .

  • Defining and communicating a strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Customer Analytics H ub .

  • Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and identity.

  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of Customer Analytic Hub.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data protection , and privacy, and identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

  • Collaborating with Engineering, Walmart Connect, Data Ventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver world-class customer analytics
