As a Financial Planning & Analysis, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the entire FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and profitability.
• Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting, and partner with the Investor Relations team on quarter end reporting and investor updates.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
• Stay abreast of current financial trends and best practices in FP&A.
• Provide insightful financial guidance and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement a daily management system to drive financial outcomes and business accountability using data and data analytics.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Ten (10) years of Finance experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in Finance from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of Corporate Finance and/or Financial Planning and Analysis in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include people leadership, collaboration, communication and adaptability.
