Responsibilities:
    • Project manage multiple Annual Operating Plans to ensure the Business organization exceeds the revenue goal every quarter. S/He must ensure each initiative is progressing according to the timeline and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable.
    • Regularly analyze the impact of Annual Operating Plans on the business to ensure the result aligns with the forecast. If there is a gap, S/He will proactively escalate and identify the cause.
    • Build out and maintain financial models and approval processes to support the Sales team to secure new client relationships. The position will be responsible for managing a pool of funds and regularly reporting on the return on investment.
    • Build and improve on frameworks for how teams should be utilizing shared resources such as Legal, BI, FP&A, and Accounting for improved prioritization and efficiency.
    • Identify business challenges and lead the design and implementation to build a holistic solution. Obtain buy-in and roll out processes to a global Business organization.
    • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders to recognize key metrics, note impacted teams and the results of those impacts.
    • Review existing processes to ensure the Business organization is operating smoothly and proactively build automated solutions where possible.
    • Prepare presentations intended for individual contributors, team leads, and/or executives.
    • Run analyses that guide revenue trends and sales efficiency metrics.
Qualifications:
    • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar function (with a preference within the ad tech, digital or media industries).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be effective in conveying ideas, strategies, or new processes.
    • Must be able to vary the depth of the presentation based on the audience’s existing knowledge.
