Today, real-time processing from data streams still needs substantial investments from customers in writing their stream processing applications and maintaining the necessary infrastructure. As a member of the team you will be working towards the vision of making the service easy to use AWS service, robust and cost-effective for customers to run their stream processing applications. You will be part of a journey from feature inception, iterating on customer feedback, and continuous customer delivery. You will also have the opportunity to be a part of the team developing large scale stream processing services like Apache Flink and Apache Kafka running on Elastic Kubernetes service container orchestration platforms. This is a strategic bet for Kinesis organization in making Stream processing mainstream and you will be forefront in this effort.Utility Computing (UC)Diverse Experiences

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
