Nature ofDuties/Responsibilities:

  • Supports International NPI Design Team via monitoring of work in process (WIP) to troubleshoot & minimize delays impacting delivery schedule. Monitors and escalates lot holds as needed.

  • Reacts to changes in direction by NPI Design Team regarding needed process changes or delivery destination revisions, etc

  • Executes starts and shipments as defined by NPI Design and/or Internal Fab Engineering Teams

  • Communicates with customer base where immediate solutions with product lots are not available.

  • Maintains several FTC Internal business systems in support of NPI, Engineering, and Production requirements

  • Generates daily/weekly/monthly reports to communicate NPI Wafer Fab KPI’s to various stakeholders.

  • Attends various meetings as needed to support NPI and FBC team members.

  • Responsible for various administrative activities related to part life-cycle from design to production.

  • Executes daily customer requests per established business processes. Flexible with off hour support. Relays relevant information to management regarding potential delivery concerns.

  • Provides back-up support to FBC Team

  • Strong problem-solving, cross functional, attention to detail, quantitative skills.

  • Organized, self-starter, and strong sense of ownership

Education and Experience:

  • 8 to 12 years of NPI and/or production planning & and/or related experience.

  • Possess a working knowledge of manufacturing principles, particularly in the semiconductor industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Business or Industrial Engineering preferred.

  • Strong knowledge, understanding and practice of MRP principles.

  • Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skill set

  • Intermediate or Advanced level of experience in Excel.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $135,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
