About the Role
Role Description:
As a Vendor Management Specialist, your primary focus will be on meticulously managing daily, weekly, and monthly site performance metrics. You will analyze KPI trends, extract insights, and identify problem areas within our managed businesses. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional projects, ensure seamless documentation, and drive data-driven analyses to identify and address issues effectively.
Key responsibilities include managing and enhancing operations and compliance at our vendor partner sites. This role requires a blend of project management skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners to streamline processes and execute program requirements.
What you will do?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners to manage and streamline operations and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with internal program stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement strategies for streamlining processes and executing program demands.
- Serve as a project manager, overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Identify areas for improvement in vendor operations and compliance, proposing and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all vendor activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Skilled in working and collaborating within diverse team settings.
- Operations & Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage operations and work with vendors or partners efficiently.
- Exposure to process improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma
Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work US Working hours
- Experience working for a BPO or in partnership with BPOs

- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (at least 1 time every 3 months to Colombia)
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in Google Workplace suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Excellent stroy-telling and presentation design skills
- Project management and or change management certification
- Demonstrated success in driving customer experience delivery for Uber products across multiple markets, preferably US & Canada
- Proven track record in project coordination
- Strong experience in data analysis
- Familiarity with contact center servicing and adept at managing vendor relations
- Proficient in SQL
