Providing a principle point of contact for the client, the Implementations team deliver project management oversight and co-ordination of legal & fund documentation, service requirements, setup and configuration, interface and reporting connectivity, initial transition trade oversight and handover to our business as usual teams.

What you’ll do

The successful candidate will work within our Funds Implementation team, with responsibility for coordinating fund launches, share class launches, restructures and closures across our operations and static data teams. This will involve

  • Liaising with client and internal partners to understand the client's service needs in order to match them to our delivery capabilities
  • Produce and manage a detailed implementation checklist, using standard Citi templates and artefacts
  • Brief the operations, customer service and other areas as required, and agree implementation timetables with all parties.
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of the change (Operational Documentation, instructions, Operational Setups, User Entitlements, Testing, Operational Readiness, Transfer (if applicable) and Handover to BAU Service Team) to ensure delivery in accordance with the client's requirements.

What we’ll need from you

  • Broad experience within the Financial Services Sector, with Securities Services and specifically Fund Operations
  • Strong project skills, and practical experience delivering client change via planning, monitoring and reporting using detailed project tasklists
  • Proven a track record in flawlessly executing client change, delivering multifaceted projects to defined deadlines and constraints.
  • Highly motivated and self-reliant, with demonstrable initiative and flexibility
  • Ability to understand, document and translate concepts and processes.
  • Solid analytical and documentation skills, with evidenced attention to accuracy and detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to energise and negotiate.
  • Ability to manage successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient use of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Citi operations, processes, Multifonds application a plus
