General Summary:

• Part of Modem power team – which verify all modem power optimization and propose new optimization. Also keeps eyes on competition power and guiding modem dev team for optimizations needed in future chipsets.

• Skills/experience:

• Mtech +3 year /Btech +5 years of experience in wireless domain.

• Wireless domain knowledge of 4G and 5G is must – UE and network side physical layer

• System level trouble shooting experience in wireless UE side and embedded system

• scripting knowledge(python/C# etc) is added advantage

• Innovation to come up with ideas to solve critical problems.

• Self motivated and zeal for innovations.

• Responsibilities:

• Verifying and Driving Modem power optimizations for lab and typical field environment

• Checking competition chipset power and inferring it.

• Coming up with new optimizations which can help in reducing modem power

• Education requirements:

• Prefer Mtech in Wireless communication/Communication systems or Btech in ECE

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
