Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Finance, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in global supply chain management within consumer electronics, with experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing or a related function.
- 3 years of experience managing category strategies and sourcing teams across multiple categories for both goods and services in the indirect category space.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with commodities such as biometrics authentication/display/touch or other modules used on consumer products.
- Experience partnering, collaborating and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience managing overall ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations, and Supplier teams.
- Excellent self-learning, negotiation, communication, sourcing, and collaboration skills.
