Description
This job entails both new test, and tools development, as well as debugging and maintaining existing infrastructure. We are looking for engineers who are not afraid to dive in and problem solve, often complex multi layered issues.In this role, you will: • Work with the CloudKit Client team to understand impactful changes and prioritize work • Work with Apple’s tooling teams to understand the future evolutions of the systems we rely upon • Work with our server counterparts to understand and limit our impact on infrastructure, and design new scalable test systems
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation using Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting, or similar scripting languages
  • 2+ years working with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent related experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years using Apple development tools (Xcode, XCTest, ObjectiveC, Swift)
  • Proven track record of working on rapid development cycles and shipping software on tight schedules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
