As an , you will be responsible in
Operator Training Simulator / System (OTS) toprovide value-added engineering solutions. You will play a key role in designing, testing and verifying within the team. Your expertise in application engineering will be essential to better the process and support the technical requirement to address future business opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and responsible for the engineering activities of Operator Training Simulator / System (OTS) to provide value-added engineering solutions.
• Ensure successful completion of design; achieve desired quality to meet all design review and internal audit requirements.
• Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines delivery of model sections for integration.
• Working to specification for model areas.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of operator training simulation solution.
• Participate in APC / OTS project validation and witness testing.
• It includes model building, tuning and integration of the models for OTS projects, meeting project requirements and quality assurance of the simulators being delivered.
• Expected some long working hours especially during critical stages of project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years in the process refinery or chemical processing facilities.
  Experience in OTS systems design and training is preferred.
• Exposure to different Simulation Software used such as Shadow plant, HYSYS, DynSim, Aspen plus, PRO/II will be advantageous.
• Exposure to any of the following MPC Software such as RMPCT, Profit Controller, Aspen DMC+ / 3, SMOC, PACE, Pavilion, and SORTiA will be advantageous.
• Experience in modeling and implementing high fidelity training simulator in industrial process units (oil & gas, petrochemical, etc.) will be advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience in various control systems and applications such as DCS, ESD, PLC, APC, OMS , etc. will be advantageous.

Effective communicator at all levels of an organization with individuals and groups from different disciplines, industries, and governmental agencies.

Organized and able to manage multiple situations, strong problem-solving and analytic skills.

Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
