Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
We are actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled resource to join our elite cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and implementing advanced security strategies to safeguard our organization against sophisticated cyber threats.

What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibility:

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and day-to-day management of Radware WAF solutions.
  • Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the WAF infrastructure.
  • Monitor WAF alerts and incidents to protect web applications.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents involving WAF.
  • Deploy and manage WAF solutions to protect web applications from cyber threats.
  • Develop and implement security policies and configurations on the Radware WAF to protect web applications from various cyber threats.
  • Regularly review and update security policies based on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze WAF logs to identify and respond to security incidents.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues related to the Radware WAF.
  • Ensure that the Radware WAF is configured in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic security audits and assessments.
  • Work closely with other IT and security teams to integrate Radware WAF into the overall cybersecurity architecture.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of security best practices across the organization.
  • Fine-tune and optimize WAF policies to minimize false positives and negatives.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the performance of the Radware WAF solution.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on the proper use and management of Radware WAF.
  • Promote security awareness across the organization.
  • Maintain detailed documentation related to Radware WAF configurations, policies, and incident response procedures.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures for WAF management.

Secondary Responsibility:

  • Good to have knowledge in any technologies like Firewall, MPLS Firewall, Cloud Firewall, VPN gateway, DDoS, WAF, NAC, Link & Server load balancer, CSPM, CNAPP.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience as a WAF engineer, with a focus on Radware solutions.
  • Radware WAF certification is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of web application security concepts, OWASP Top 10, and attack vectors.
  • Strong understanding of networking, protocols, and security architecture.
  • Experience in incident response and troubleshooting related to web application security.
  • Desired experience in any technologies like Firewall, MPLS Firewall, Cloud Firewall, VPN gateway, DDoS, WAF, NAC, Link & Server load balancer, CSPM, CNAPP.
  • Must have desire to learn or cross skill with new technologies.
  • Must be able to work in morning, evening, and night shifts – Mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/information security, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA CASP+, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience to work in a SOC environment.
  • Deep technical knowledge of security technologies and advanced threat landscapes.
  • Proven experience in managing and responding to complex security incidents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
