This role requires the candidate to be a PostgreSQL committer and recognized as a Major Contributor to the PostgreSQL project.
Additionally the candidate should have over 5 years of active development and discussions on the PostgreSQL hackers mailing list with over 100 mentions in the PostgreSQL git commit logs.
