Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Product management experience in one or more of ecommerce, retail, supply chain, logistics

  • A track record of defining product vision and roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decisions

Product Innovation & Execution:
- Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making to identify and validate new product opportunities.
Market & Industry Leadership:
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in the retail industry.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in leading and scaling product organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute a successful product vision and strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the retail industry and its future direction, including customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive transformative change and deliver exceptional business results.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and a passion for innovation.
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of relevant technologies is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
