Key responsibilities include:- Create designs, design standards, and patterns across various digital experiences and platforms- Communicate ideas to designers, engineers, product managers, and leadership through story telling, visuals, and presentations- Distill complexity to create simple and innovative design solutions that can be adopted in Retail Stores globally- Conduct and consult on user research – analyze retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to inform design solutions & future strategies
  • Must submit a design portfolio of concepts and design solutions that includes sketches, wireframes, detailed designs and prototypes focusing on iOS, iPad & macOS platforms.
  • At least 6 years of design experience in product design and UI related roles
  • Highly proficient and efficient with design and prototyping tools to visualize ideas and deliver work quickly
  • Experience designing apps at every stage of the process, from concepting through delivery, working closely with partners to ensure high quality outcomes
  • Experience conducting or consulting on user research & usability testing
  • Familiarity with behavioral design principles, including understanding of human motivations, biases, and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present work to large groups and executives
  • Experienced in AI/ML and other emerging technologies
  • Flexible and fast learner with a proven track record delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Degree in interaction design, human interaction, sociology, psychology, visual design, or related field
  • A passion for Apple, its products, and its customers
