In this role, you're expected to:

• Supporting CO Department Heads in the quarterly MCA (Risk and Compliance) Testing, back up in the ownership and testing of the Governance Assessment Unit.

• Maintenance of our Third-Party Management agreements to ensure compliance to firm policy.

• Support TTS CO Department Heads in the implementation of their Corrective Action Plans (CAP’s).

• Continuous review of processes and procedures to ensure that TTS CO is always “Audit Ready”.

• Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis across TTS Client Operations functions.

• Anticipate and respond to requests for operational deliverables from internal and external clients including Vendors and Risk and Control Teams.

• Assist with providing informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members as required.

• Assess risk, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 3-5 years of experience in a related role within operational risk or business management

• Effective verbal and written skills

• Effective communication and analytical skills

• Effective relationship management skills

• Expert level proficiency in Windows and MS Office Suite
