Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.

  • Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and that testing is built in from the outset.

  • Contribute to story refinement and define requirements.

  • Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

  • Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.

  • Perform unit testing to ensure story is ready for quality testing.

  • Design and develop solution architectures to scale systems involving salesforce, marketing cloud, and Twilio.

  • Create external URLs to connect with MuleSoft applications via gateway policies and firewall proxies.

  • Develop applications using mule OOB components like FTP Transport, SMTP Transport, JDBC connectors, and Transactions Managers.

  • Configure application logdata to mount on splunk servers queries and build splunk dashboards to view the application traffic and its performance.

  • Create gateway authentication policies using 2 way authentication with JWT and SAML tokens to verify and validate incoming calls.

  • Design clustered applications with high availability and load balancing on server traffic.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related;

  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation

  • Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing and developing solution architectures to scale systems involving salesforce, marketing cloud, and Twilio;

  • Creating external URLs to connect with MuleSoft applications via gateway policies and firewall proxies;

  • Developing applications using mule OOB components like FTP Transport, SMTP Transport, JDBC connectors, and Transactions Managers;

  • Configuring application logdata to mount on splunk servers queries and building splunk dashboards to view the application traffic and its performance;
