What you'll do...
What you'll do:
* Develop and maintain the Walmart+ mobile app for Android, using current Android technologies and frameworks.
* Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
* Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to our coding standards and best practices.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve the app and our development processes.
* Work with GraphQL APIs to retrieve and manipulate data for the app.
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
* Collaborate with other teams, such as product management, design, and QA, to ensure that the app meets business requirements and customer needs.
What you'll bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in Android development, with a focus on building and maintaining high-quality apps.
* Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
* Experience with GraphQL APIs and RESTful APIs.
* Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Experience with other mobile platforms, such as iOS.
* Familiarity with cloud-based services.
* Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
