Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator (such as K12).
Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
Certification in program management.
Experience in setting and executing vendor strategies, including managing third-party vendors to drive execution against set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Experience in program management in an IT or tech company.
Ability to identify and implement complex processes and manage large, complex, strategic and operational initiatives across multiple teams/regions.
Excellent written/verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and present insights/recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
