This opportunity will see you:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Further develop your existing selling skills and passion for your sales career

  • Use your trade experience or understanding of the industrial markets as an advantage to securing new business opportunities and developing existing ones

  • Working collaboratively with existing and new key accounts to gain a thorough understanding of their abrasive needs and help solve these with 3M solutions.

  • Preparing clear plans with major key accounts (Channel & End-user) detailing main objectives, strategies & tactics, and track progress against these through relevant KPI targets.

Who you are:

  • Proven Key Account Management experience with a track record of growth with large industrial end users.

  • Possessing Trade skills and a demonstrated desire to sell or enter the sales profession.

  • Good communication and presentation skills, written and verbal

  • Self-motivated with a competitive nature and a desire to win

  • A problem-solving mindset with the capability to understand relevant industrial manufacturing processes and to provide a solutions-based approach to meeting their needs.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both externally and internally.
