Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Using Swift, Objective-C or similar programming language to develop the tests and framework used to automatically test Safari and WebKit.
Using analytical data processing skills to understand the results of the automated tests and identify bugs and regressions in the software product.
Communicating with multi-functional teams and engineers to resolve bugs and defects found as well as design and develop new framework or tests.
Using Quality Engineering methodologies and practices to prioritize and focus on which bugs need to be fixed and identify patterns where a single solution can solve may defects.
Using Web Fundamentals knowledge to understand the web browser testing.
Adapting to constantly evolving requirements software under development.
Using knowledge of iOS, macOS or other mobile operating system to understand potential issues.
