What You’ll Do
  • Play a key role in managing onboarding, the pre-employment assessment process, special projects and ad hoc requests from internal and external compliance teams
  • Manage pre-employment assessment requests and ensure results are returned, reviewed, and reported to appropriate stakeholders
  • Accurately enter data into our applicant tracking system for all candidate updates and escalate issues and exception requests to upper management
  • Handle a high volume of recruiter and candidate inquiries and ensure Service Level Agreements are met
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
  • Ensure the strict confidentiality of employee information and personal data
  • Assess, recommend and implement process improvements as needed
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree preferred or relevant experience with a minimum of two years of experience using applicant tracking systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and deductive reasoning with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities at once while remaining calm and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Must be a team player with excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent skills to produce accurate and well-presented presentations, reports and spreadsheets; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and macros
  • Comfortable completing repetitive tasks with the ability to deliver results and meet tight deadlines
