YOU MUST HAVE
- BS Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University or College
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, due to project requirements
WE VALUE
- Ability and willingness to travel and relocate domestically multiple times throughout the program for short- and long-term assignments
- Experiential learning term (summer intern - one or multiple co-op experiential terms) preferred
- Ability to work well with others at all organizational levels
- Ability to work in a physically challenging environment

- Ability to lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams
- Ability to troubleshoot plant problems
- Ability to adapt rapidly to change and to help lead change efforts
