Description
The role will have the following responsibilities:- Analyzing search ranking and relevance requirements issues and opportunities- Utilizing PyTorch and proprietary tools for training deep learning models- Understanding product requirements then translating them into modeling tasks and engineering tasks- Building machine-learned models for query understanding and search ranking- Develop and maintain large scale indexing and ML data pipelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degrees
- You should have 2+ years of experience in natural language processing, machine learning or deep learning
- You are proficient in one of following languages: Python Go Java C++, demonstrating strong background in algorithms and data structures
- You have excellent inter personal skills ability to work independently as well as in a team
- You have excellent knowledge and good practical skills in major machine learning algorithms
- We partner with a variety of cross functional teams across the company
- You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in machine learning or related industry
Preferred Qualifications
- An advance degree in Computer Science

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
