Acquire and onboard new SMB customers for Payoneer across all verticals
Focus on acquisition of B2B customers. Identify and approach prospective customers and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Build and maintain client relationships and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top users to identify emerging business, collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs.
Exceed individual sales targets, both # of clients and GMV for Payoneer’s SMB and particularly B2B business.
Drive below the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team
Collect and share voice of customer feedback with key stakeholders internally.
Collaborate with multi-cultural cross-functional teams to execute central initiatives and represent the voice of the region
For this role, you have:
Minimum of 5 years as a top quota carrying business development manager, with a track record of outperforming targets and annual quotas
Proven success in selling payments or ecommerce solutions to SMB customers will be advantageous
Superior verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
Ability to build strong relationships, as demonstrated through prior experience prospecting and leveraging industry contacts to develop and close new businesses.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Experience in multi-national working environment (collaborating with remote teams)
Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
High integrity and passion for excellence
Verbal and written proficiency in Thai will be an added advantage
